This page tracks every update to the RethinkPeptides research database — new studies added, evidence ratings changed, corrections made, and structural improvements. We maintain this log so readers can see exactly when and how our database evolves.

Initial ReleaseInitial release of the RethinkPeptides Research Database. Each study includes a plain-English summary, evidence strength rating, study type classification, key numbers, methodology description, and limitations. All studies are tagged with our controlled vocabulary of topic tags and linked to their original publications via PubMed and DOI.
